Description:

PP Hollow Dividers - also known under the tradenames of Corrugated Plastic, Corflute, Correx, Corex, 

Fluteboard, Danpla, Twin Wall Sheet, Hollow Sheet, Core Flute, Corriboard, Carton Plast or Polyflute - 

refers to a wide range of extruded twin wall plastic sheet products produced from high-impact polypropylene 

or polyethylene resin specifically for use in the screen printing, display signs, construction protection and 

packaging markets. 

PP Hollow Dividers uses a copolymer resin in order to increase impact and low temperature performance.

It retains the ability to be flexed an unlimited number of times without breaking. It is chemically inert, with 

a NIL pH factor and most oils, solvents and water have no effect. Performs well under adverse weather 

conditions or when exposed to harsh chemicals. Corrugated Plastic PP Hollow Divider performs well under

Applications:

1. Bottles Layer Pads:

Be constructed of corrugated plastic with sealed edges and closed corners,which is a completely 

hygienic solution. They are ideal for moving glass bottles and are available in appropriate thicknesses.

PP Hollow Dividers is made of corrugated polypropylene sheet. It is perfectly sealed on all four sides and 

corners to guarantee optimum hygiene. It is widely used in beverage industry as a divider sheet in between 

the bottles or cans for stacking purpose. 

Corrugated Plastic PP Hollow Divider Sheets will facilitate to transport the bottles or cans effectively, 

helping you to save packaging cost significantly as it is reusable and washable.

This grade does not have the Corona treatment and is generally 2mm, 2.5mm or 3mm thick. Usually black, 

although also available in white,clear,grey etc. in either 1830mm x 1220mm or 2440mm x 1220mm. We can

requirements.
